Fair Trade Assam
A very flavourful tea grown in the lush mountains of Assam, India. Assam teas are deep and rich tasting with a hint of malt. Preparation: use freshly boiled water (filtered is best) and steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve with or without milk.

Fair Trade Chai Spice
To bring out this tea's rich and spicy flavour, use freshly boiled water and steep (or simmer gently) for 3 to 5 minutes. Chai tea is traditionally served sweet and with milk.

Genmaicha
This unusual Japanese tea, is prepared by first steaming the tea leaves, then after drying, they are combined with roasted rice. The result is an amber brew with a toasty and slightly sweet flavour. Genmaicha may be re-infused with hot water for a second or third cup. These second and third pourings are often considered to be the superior cups. Infuse for 3 minutes or more. Serve without milk or sugar.

Ginger & Cinnamon
This caffeine free tea is a spicy and aromatic blend of freshly ground cinnamon and ginger. It makes an excellent after dinner drink. Steep in freshly boiled water for 5 to 10 minutes. Try it with cranberry juice and serve hot or iced!

Kitsilano
This wonderful herbal tea is a delicious blend of mint, hibiscus, and chamomile. Steep Kitsilano for approximately 3 minutes in very hot water. Excellent served hot or as an iced tea. Sweeten with honey or sugar to fully bring out all of this drink's truly exotic character.

Lemon Ginger Rosé
